Lippmann Milwaukee LTS80 Tracked Portable Stacking Conveyor

The Lippmann-Milwaukee LTS80 Tracked Portable Stacking Conveyor, manufactured by McCloskey in Canada, is the equivalent of the McCloskey ST80T. This heavy-duty, high-capacity conveyor is designed for efficient stockpiling and material transfer of aggregate, sand, gravel, crushed stone and other bulk materials. With a capacity of 500 tons per hour and an 80-foot-long, 36-inch-wide conveyor belt, the LTS80 combines production capacity, mobility and operating versatility.

Like the McCloskey ST80T, the LTS80 features a heavy-duty tracked undercarriage, allowing the conveyor to move and reposition around the jobsite under its own power. This makes it particularly effective in portable crushing and screening spreads where equipment needs to be repositioned as stockpiles grow or production requirements change.

The LTS80 offers the same wide operating range as the ST80T and can be hydraulically adjusted from its maximum stockpiling incline down to a horizontal operating position. Standard hydraulic controls also allow the tail section to be raised or lowered, making it easier to match the conveyor’s feed height with the crusher, screen or other machine feeding it.

This combination of adjustable head and tail heights allows the LTS80 to function as both a high-capacity stacking conveyor and a versatile transfer or link conveyor, providing flexibility when configuring a portable processing spread.

Power is supplied by a 50 HP Caterpillar diesel engine. Standard hydraulic raise and lower and hydraulic top fold simplify adjustment, setup and transportation.

With its 500 TPH capacity, 36" × 80' conveyor, tracked mobility and adjustable head and tail heights, the Lippmann-Milwaukee LTS80 delivers the versatility of the McCloskey ST80T for stockpiling and material transfer while reducing loader use and costly material rehandling.
