McCloskey R105 Track Mounted Heavy Duty Scalping Screen

The McCloskey R105 Track-Mounted Scalping Screen is a compact, heavy-duty high-energy screener designed for processing crushed stone, recycled asphalt and concrete. Built around a 12' × 4.5' two-deck screenbox, the R105 combines aggressive screening action and track mobility in a smaller package for operations that do not require the capacity of the larger R155.

The high-energy screenbox provides aggressive screening action for heavy scalping and difficult feed material. Different screen-media configurations allow the R105 to be adapted to a range of material sizes and screening requirements.

The R105 can operate as a primary scalper ahead of a jaw, impact or cone crusher, taking out a sized, finished product and sending the oversize only to the crusher, or as a stand-alone plant producing multiple products. Its combination of heavy-duty construction, compact size and mobility makes it well suited for processing crushed stone, recycled asphalt and concrete.
