2023 MCCLOSKEY ST80TLA ST80T-LA

McCloskey ST80T-LA Tracked Radial Stacking Conveyor- IN STOCK in INDIANA. Only 380 hours.

The McCloskey ST80T-LA Tracked Radial Stacking Conveyor combines the mobility of a tracked stacker with the high-capacity stockpiling advantages of a radial conveyor. Rated at over 500 tons per hour, the ST80T-LA features an 80-foot-long, 36-inch-wide heavy-duty conveyor belt for aggregate, sand, gravel, crushed stone, and other high-production material handling applications.

A key advantage of the ST80T-LA is McCloskey’s patented track-and-radial system, incorporating a heavy-duty hydraulic radial lift axle. The operating sequence is simple: the ST80T-LA first tracks into the desired stockpiling position with the radial axle raised off the ground. Once positioned, the operator hydraulically lowers the radial axle, lifting and supporting the rear portion of the machine. The conveyor can then radial around its feed point, allowing it to build a large-volume radial stockpile without repeatedly repositioning the entire machine.

When the stockpile is complete, the process is reversed. The radial axle is hydraulically raised, returning the machine's weight to the tracked undercarriage. The ST80T-LA can then track to its next operating position. This patented design provides the benefits of tracked mobility and radial stockpiling in a single machine.

The conveyor can operate from its maximum stockpiling incline down to a horizontal position. Standard hydraulic controls also raise and lower the tail section, allowing the feed height to be matched to crushers, screens, and other equipment. Hydraulic conveyor raise/lower and hydraulic top fold further simplify setup and transportation.

With its 500+ TPH capacity, 80' × 36" conveyor, patented track-and-radial system, hydraulic lift axle, adjustable tail section, and wide operating range, the McCloskey ST80T-LA provides exceptional flexibility while reducing loader use and material rehandling.
