The McCloskey ST100T Tracked Portable Stacking Conveyor is a heavy-duty, high-capacity material handling solution combining excellent onsite mobility with substantial stockpiling capability. Rated at over 500 tons per hour, the ST100T features a 100-foot-long, 36-inch-wide heavy-duty conveyor belt and can achieve a maximum stockpile height of approximately 41 feet, making it an excellent choice for high-production aggregate and material handling applications.

A major advantage of the ST100T is its heavy-duty tracked undercarriage, allowing the conveyor to move and reposition around the jobsite under its own power. This makes it particularly effective in portable crushing and screening spreads where equipment must frequently be repositioned as stockpiles grow or production requirements change.

Power is supplied by a 74 HP Caterpillar diesel engine, providing reliable, self-contained power for conveyor operation, tracked mobility, and hydraulic functions.

The ST100T offers exceptional operating flexibility and can be hydraulically adjusted from its maximum stockpiling incline all the way down to a horizontal operating position. Standard hydraulic controls also raise and lower the tail section, making it easier to match the feed height of crushers, screens, and other processing equipment. This allows the ST100T to function as both a high-capacity stacking conveyor and a versatile transfer or link conveyor.

Standard hydraulic conveyor raise/lower and hydraulic top fold further simplify setup, adjustment, and transportation.
