McCloskey Washing Systems 3625T Twin Sand Screw

The McCloskey Washing Systems 3625T Twin Sand Screw is a heavy-duty fine material washer designed for washing, classifying and dewatering sand. Featuring twin 36-inch-diameter screws in a nominal 25-foot-long washer, the 3625T provides production capacity of 110–220 US tons per hour, depending on feed material and operating conditions.

Its large pool area and adjustable overflow weirs allow unwanted fines to leave with the overflow water while the screws convey recovered sand toward the discharge. Minimal screw-to-hull clearance helps limit material rollback, supporting efficient sand recovery and discharge.
