McCloskey ST100 Wheeled Portable Radial Stacking Conveyor

The McCloskey ST100 Wheeled Portable Radial Stacking Conveyor is a heavy-duty, high-capacity material handling solution designed to efficiently stockpile aggregate, sand, gravel, crushed stone, and other bulk materials. Rated at over 500 tons per hour, the ST100 features a 100-foot-long, 36-inch-wide conveyor belt, radial axle, and a maximum stockpile height of approximately 41 feet.

The 36" wide belt provides the capacity needed to handle high production rates from crushers, screening plants, and wash plants. The radial axle allows the conveyor to move through an arc while operating, creating large radial stockpiles and significantly increasing available stockpile capacity while reducing loader use, fuel consumption, and costly material rehandling.

The ST100 comes equipped with convenient standard features including hydraulic raise and lower for quick adjustment of conveyor discharge height and hydraulic top fold for efficient transition between operating and transport configurations. These hydraulic features simplify setup and minimize the time and labor required when moving between jobs.

Power is supplied by a 74 HP Caterpillar diesel engine, providing reliable, self-contained power for portable operation.
