Description
McCloskey ST80 Wheeled Portable Stacking Conveyor
The McCloskey ST80 Wheeled Portable Stacking Conveyor is a heavy-duty, high-capacity material handling solution designed for efficient stockpiling of aggregate, sand, gravel, crushed stone, and other bulk materials. Rated at over 500 tons per hour, the ST80 features an 80-foot-long, 36-inch-wide conveyor belt, providing an excellent combination of production capacity, portability, and fast setup.
The 80-foot conveyor can achieve a maximum stockpile height of approximately 30'6", providing substantial stockpile capacity while reducing loader use, fuel consumption, and costly material rehandling. The ST80 is an excellent match for crushers, screening plants, wash plants, and other high-production processing equipment.
Power is supplied by a 50 HP Caterpillar diesel engine, providing reliable, self-contained power in an efficient package well matched to the conveyor’s operating requirements.
Convenient standard features include hydraulic raise and lower for quick adjustment of the conveyor discharge height and a hydraulic top fold for efficient transition between operating and transport configurations. These features simplify setup and make the ST80 particularly well suited for portable crushing and screening spreads that move frequently between jobs.
Available Options Include:
- Hydraulic axle jacks
- Hydraulic landing gear
- Powered wheel drive
- Hydraulic axle extensions
With its 500+ TPH capacity, 80' × 36" conveyor, 30'6" maximum stockpile height, 50 HP Caterpillar engine, hydraulic setup features, and wheeled portability, the McCloskey ST80 provides an efficient and economical way to build large stockpiles, reduce loader operating hours, minimize material rehandling, and lower overall material handling costs.
