McCloskey ST100T-LA Tracked Radial Stacking Conveyor- IN STOCK IN INDIANA

The McCloskey ST100T-LA Tracked Radial Stacking Conveyor combines the mobility of a tracked stacker with the high-capacity stockpiling advantages of a radial conveyor. Rated at over 500 tons per hour, the ST100T-LA features a 100-foot-long, 36-inch-wide heavy-duty conveyor belt and can achieve a maximum stockpile height of approximately 41 feet, making it an excellent choice for high-production aggregate and material handling applications.

A key advantage of the ST100T-LA is McCloskey’s patented track-and-radial system, incorporating a heavy-duty hydraulic radial lift axle. The operating sequence is simple: the ST100T-LA first tracks into the desired stockpiling position with the radial axle raised off the ground. Once positioned, the operator hydraulically lowers the radial axle, lifting and supporting the rear portion of the machine. The conveyor can then radial around its feed point, allowing it to build a large-volume radial stockpile without repeatedly repositioning the entire machine.

When the stockpile is complete, the process is reversed. The radial axle is hydraulically raised, returning the machine’s weight to the tracked undercarriage. The ST100T-LA can then track under its own power to the next operating position.

Power is supplied by a 74 HP Caterpillar diesel engine, providing reliable, self-contained power for conveyor operation, tracked mobility, and hydraulic functions.

The conveyor can operate from its maximum stockpiling incline down to a horizontal position. Standard hydraulic controls also raise and lower the tail section, making it easier to match the feed height of crushers, screens, and other processing equipment. Hydraulic conveyor raise/lower and hydraulic top fold further simplify setup and transportation.
