The Eagle Crusher 6×20 Screen Plant with Integrated Feed Conveyor is a heavy-duty, high-production portable screening system designed for aggregate, crushed stone, sand and gravel, and recycling applications. At the heart of the plant is a 6' × 20' three-deck, triple-shaft screen designed to provide efficient material separation while producing multiple finished products.

The plant can produce up to four products simultaneously, with three products capable of absolute sizing, or the oversize material can be returned for additional crushing. This makes the 6×20 well suited for closed-circuit crushing spreads as well as stand-alone screening applications where multiple finished products are required.

A major feature of this plant is the integrated 45-inch-wide feed conveyor. The feed conveyor remains attached to the plant during transport, eliminating the need to move and set up a separate feed conveyor. Screen service platforms are provided on both sides of the screen and also remain in place for transport, helping simplify setup and service access.

Material handling is highly configurable. Discharge chutes for the top and middle decks can be arranged to discharge to either side of the plant. The bottom-deck cross conveyor and fines cross conveyor can also be configured for discharge to either side, providing flexibility when laying out stacking conveyors and the rest of the crushing and screening spread.

This particular Eagle Crusher 6×20 Screen Plant is equipped with four heavy-duty crank-style jack legs for supporting and leveling the plant during operation. The straightforward crank-leg arrangement provides a simple, durable means of stabilizing the plant without adding unnecessary complexity.

The plant includes all-electric motors and electrical cords and can be integrated with the controls of an Eagle Crusher primary crushing plant or operated with an optional independent control system for stand-alone operation or integration into a custom crushing and screening system.
