The Eagle Crusher UltraMax 1400-45 OC is a heavy-duty, high-production wheeled portable impact crushing plant designed for large-scale crushed stone, aggregates, concrete recycling, asphalt, and other demanding crushing applications. Built around the large UltraMax UM-45 impact crusher, the 1400-45 OC combines the crusher, feed hopper, vibrating grizzly feeder, and discharge conveyor into a highly portable open-circuit crushing plant.

At the heart of the Eagle 1400-45 OC is the UltraMax UM-45 impactor and its massive three-bar solid-steel rotor. At 50" × 57" and approximately 17,600 lbs., the rotor provides the mass and stored energy needed for high-production crushing, while the large 57" × 35" feed opening allows the crusher to handle substantial feed sizes. With production capable of exceeding 400 tons per hour depending primarily on curtain settings, the 1400-45 OC is particularly well suited for high-production crushed stone operations, aggregates producers, concrete and asphalt recycling, and contract crushing.

The open-circuit configuration provides flexibility for a wide range of crushing spreads. Crushed material exits the impactor on the 42" front-discharge conveyor, where it can be stockpiled as crusher-run material or transferred directly to downstream screening and conveying equipment for additional sizing and finished-product production. The 3-phase electric drive makes the plant especially well suited for operations with available utility power or generator-based electrical systems.
