EAGLE CRUSHER 32x40 Jaw Crusher Bare

Eagle Crusher 32×40 Bare Jaw Crusher

The Eagle Crusher 32×40 Bare Jaw Crusher is a large, heavy-duty primary crusher built for demanding crushed stone, aggregates, sand and gravel, and recycling applications. Based on the proven Austin-Western overhead eccentric design, this older 32" × 40" model combines rugged American-made construction with the crushing force and durability needed to process hard and abrasive feed material.

Heavy-duty 32" × 40" jaw crusher — the earlier model, distinct from the later 32" × 42" version

Designed for high-production primary crushing of hard rock, crushed stone, aggregates, and recycled concrete

Time-tested overhead eccentric design suited for tough, abrasive crushing applications

Short bearing span between side frames helps reduce shaft stress and deflection

Stress-control frame design helps maintain alignment of the bearings, shaft, and toggle seat while reducing fatigue

Full 360-degree bearing support, with outer bearings aligned with the side frames

Full-length, deep-ribbed reversible jaw dies designed to maximize wear life

Moving components contained within the main crusher housing, making the bare crusher suitable for stationary, skid-mounted, or custom portable installations

Heavy-duty American-made Eagle / Austin-Western construction intended for long service life

The Eagle 32×40 is an excellent choice for producers who want a substantial primary jaw crusher to incorporate into an existing crushing spread or a custom-built plant. Its overhead eccentric arrangement, bearing support, reversible jaw dies, and service-friendly design emphasize durability and dependable performance in demanding quarry and recycling work.
