Bandit ARJES IMPAKTOR 250 EVO Track-Mounted Slow-Speed Shredder

The Bandit ARJES IMPAKTOR 250 EVO is a compact, highly versatile twin-shaft slow-speed shredder designed for contractors and recycling operations that need one machine capable of processing a broad range of difficult materials. Powered by a 175 HP Volvo diesel engine, the IMPAKTOR 250 EVO combines high-torque, low-speed material reduction, a quick-change shaft cassette system, and track mobility in a package that is easy to transport and quick to put to work.

Heavy-duty twin-shaft slow-speed shredding system

175 HP Volvo diesel engine

Approximately 30,864 lb. operating weight

Standard Impaktor shafts for crushing and shredding applications

Optional paddle shafts expand the machine's versatility for different material streams

Quick-change cassette shaft system simplifies shaft changes, maintenance and refurbishment

Mechanically adjustable side combs can be operated open or closed to influence material sizing

Automatic reversing function helps protect the cutting tools when difficult material enters the shredding chamber

Wide-profile discharge conveyor for efficient material handling

Over-belt magnet removes ferrous metal from the processed material

Optional finger screen can separate processed material into two fractions

Wireless radio remote controls track and shredding functions

Reversing cooling fan helps reduce debris buildup around the cooling system

Integrated water sprinkling system helps control dust

Heavy-duty track undercarriage provides excellent mobility around demolition sites, recycling yards and material-processing operations

Compact transport dimensions make the IMPAKTOR 250 EVO practical for contractors moving frequently between jobsites

Bandit's published average throughput figures show approximately 60-80 tons per hour in concrete and asphalt and 80-100 tons per hour in construction waste, with actual production depending on feed material, shaft configuration, machine setup and operating conditions.

The IMPAKTOR 250 EVO's biggest strength is its versatility. The same compact machine can be used for concrete and asphalt recycling, C&D processing, waste wood and other difficult material streams. Its quick-change shaft cassette, adjustable side combs and available shaft configurations allow contractors to adapt the machine to changing applications without dedicating a separate crusher or shredder to every job.
