McCloskey R155 Track-Mounted Heavy-Duty Scalping Screen

The McCloskey R155 Track-Mounted Scalping Screen is a large, heavy-duty high-energy screener designed for demanding crushed stone, recycled asphalt and concrete. Built around a large 16' × 5' two-deck screenbox, the R155 combines aggressive screening action, high production and track mobility with the ability to handle large and difficult feed material.

Fast setup and straightforward operation

The 16' × 5' screenbox is the heart of the R155. Its large screening area and aggressive action make it particularly effective for heavy scalping and difficult feed material. Different screen-media configurations and the removable mid-size conveyor also allow the R155 to be configured for finer screening applications where protecting the bottom-deck media is important.

The R155 can operate as a primary scalper ahead of a jaw, impact or cone crusher, taking out a sized, finished product and sending the oversize only to the crusher, or as a stand-alone plant producing multiple products. Its combination of heavy-duty construction, versatility and mobility makes it well suited for quarry, crushed stone, recycled asphalt and concrete.
