Weighing over 63,000 pounds, the Custom-Built Portable Rip Rap Plant is purpose-built for producers who demand high-volume production, rugged reliability, and the flexibility to produce multiple products in a single pass. Designed specifically for rip rap, shot rock, oversized aggregate, and demanding quarry applications, this plant combines heavy-duty construction with a highly mobile, production-focused design.

At the front of the plant is a massive 62" x 24' heavy-duty vibrating grizzly feeder, engineered to handle large, heavy material while providing consistent, controlled feed to the processing circuit. Its extended length provides substantial material buffering and aggressive scalping capability, helping separate fines before they enter the crushing process while maintaining a steady flow of material. Heavy-duty construction allows the feeder to withstand the extreme impact and abrasion associated with large blasted rock.

A major advantage of the Custom-Built Portable Rip Rap Plant is its ability to produce three distinct products simultaneously. The plant can produce a fines product, typically 6" minus; a mid-size rip rap product ranging from approximately 6" to 12"; and an oversize product. This multi-product capability allows producers to maximize the value of every ton while reducing the need for additional processing and material handling.

For even greater sizing flexibility, a heavy-duty static grizzly can be installed over the hopper as an option, allowing the plant to produce four distinct products simultaneously. This configuration provides additional separation of oversized material before it enters the processing circuit.
