The Lippmann LR516T is a heavy-duty, track-mounted scalping screen designed for high-production crushed stone, aggregates, recycling, and material-processing applications. Manufactured by McCloskey International, the LR516T utilizes the proven R155 screening platform, combining a large, aggressive two-bearing screenbox with rugged construction and excellent versatility for demanding screening applications.

Production & Screening Versatility

The Lippmann LR516T combines a large screening area with aggressive screening action, making it particularly effective for heavy-duty scalping and difficult feed materials. Its interchangeable screen media and flexible conveyor arrangement allow the machine to handle a wide range of screening applications, from coarse rock separation to finer material sizing.

The LR516T can operate as a primary scalping screen ahead of a jaw, impact, or cone crusher, removing finished-size material before crushing and sending only the oversize to the crusher. It can also operate as a stand-alone screening plant producing multiple finished products.

Its combination of heavy-duty construction, screening versatility, and track mobility makes it well suited for full-time quarry operation, crushed stone production, and concrete and asphalt recycling.
