McCloskey ST80T Tracked Portable Stacking Conveyor

The McCloskey ST80T Tracked Portable Stacking Conveyor is a heavy-duty, high-capacity material handling solution designed for efficient stockpiling and material transfer of aggregate, sand, gravel, crushed stone, and other bulk materials. Rated at over 500 tons per hour, the ST80T features an 80-foot-long, 36-inch-wide conveyor belt, providing an excellent combination of production capacity, mobility, and operating versatility.

A major advantage of the ST80T is its heavy-duty tracked undercarriage, allowing the conveyor to move and reposition around the jobsite under its own power. This makes it particularly effective in portable crushing and screening spreads where equipment needs to be repositioned as stockpiles grow or production requirements change.

The ST80T offers an exceptionally wide operating range and can be hydraulically adjusted from its maximum stockpiling incline all the way down to a horizontal operating position. In addition, standard hydraulic controls allow the tail section to be raised or lowered, making it easier to match the ST80T feed height with the crusher, screen, or other machine feeding the conveyor.

This combination of adjustable head and tail heights allows the ST80T to function as both a high-capacity stacking conveyor and a versatile transfer or link conveyor, providing considerably more flexibility when configuring a portable processing spread.

Power is supplied by a 50 HP Caterpillar diesel engine, providing reliable, self-contained power for conveyor operation and tracked mobility. Standard hydraulic raise and lower and hydraulic top fold further simplify adjustment, setup, and transportation.

With its 500+ TPH capacity, 80' × 36" conveyor, tracked mobility, adjustable operating angle, hydraulically adjustable tail section, and Caterpillar diesel power, the McCloskey ST80T provides exceptional flexibility for stockpiling and material transfer while reducing loader use and costly material rehandling.
