Eagle Crusher 1400 Wheeled Portable Impact Crusher Plant

The Eagle Crusher 1400 is a heavy-duty wheeled portable impact crushing plant for crushed stone, recycled concrete and asphalt. It combines the crusher, feed hopper and vibrating grizzly feeder on a portable chassis, with a separate side-discharge conveyor that slides under the crusher.

Key Features

Heavy-duty horizontal shaft impact crusher with a four-bar rotor.

Replaceable blow bars provide impact reduction of stone, concrete and asphalt.

Electric crusher and plant drives.

Large feed hopper for loader or excavator feeding.

Heavy-duty vibrating grizzly feeder regulates material flow into the crusher.

Grizzly section separates fines ahead of the impactor, reducing unnecessary crushing and wear.

Grizzly bypass arrangement allows undersize material to bypass the crushing chamber.

Adjustable crusher curtains provide control over reduction and finished product sizing.

Off-board side-discharge conveyor slides under the crusher and transfers crushed material to a stockpile or downstream screening equipment.

Wheeled portable chassis for movement between jobsites.

American-made construction for demanding crushing and recycling operations.

The four-bar rotor delivers repeated impact crushing as material passes through the chamber. Finished product size and production depend on curtain settings, rotor speed, feed characteristics and operating conditions.

The open-circuit arrangement allows the Eagle 1400 to produce crusher-run material or work with a separate screening plant for finished-product sizing. The off-board conveyor carries crushed material out to the side of the plant.
