The McCloskey 733 Trommel Screen Plant is a high-capacity, heavy-duty screening system designed for large-volume applications where production, durability, and efficient material separation are critical. Built for demanding sand and gravel, topsoil, aggregate, compost, and other bulk material applications, the 733 combines an exceptionally large screening drum with McCloskey’s proven material-handling design.

At the heart of the 733 is its massive 7' diameter × 33' long trommel drum, providing an exceptionally large screening surface and extended material retention time. The 7-foot-diameter drum generates aggressive lifting and cascading action, helping break apart difficult feed material and continually exposing it to the screening openings. The extra-long 33-foot drum provides the screening time necessary to maximize recovery and maintain high production rates, even when processing challenging material.

A large-capacity feed hopper and heavy-duty feeder are designed to accept substantial volumes of material from large loaders and excavators. Integrated high-capacity conveyors efficiently remove and stockpile screened material, allowing the 733 to operate as a complete high-production screening system while minimizing additional support equipment.

The 733 is particularly well suited for producers who have outgrown conventional portable trommels or need to process exceptionally high volumes of material.
